Norfin SGOIC was founded in 1999, with the initial goal of providing Portuguese institutional investors with the possibility of making indirect real estate investments through participation in closed-end real estate investment funds. Norfin SGOIC is a Collective Investment Management Company duly licensed and supervised by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission, which is exclusively dedicated to the management of Closed-end Real Estate Investment Funds and Collective Investment Companies (the former SICAFI).
Founded in 2010, Norfin Serviços provides services across the entire spectrum of the real estate market, acquiring and managing real estate assets with different risk/return profiles for its customers. In addition to managing portfolios of income-generating assets in various sectors, Norfin Serviços is also dedicated to the development of real estate development projects, ensuring their comprehensive management from acquisition, design, construction, and marketing.
In 2018, both companies were acquired by Arrow Global Group, one of the largest European groups in investment and credit portfolio management, with a presence in 8 countries.
