Norfin was founded in 1999 as a Real Estate Private Equity, with the objective of providing Portuguese institutional investors with the possibility of including indirect real estate investment in their asset portfolios by investing in regulated real estate investment funds. In 2018, we joined the Arrow Global Group, one of the largest European groups in investment and portfolio management, with a presence in 5 countries.

Founded in 2005, Arrow Global specializes in the acquisition and management of non-performing and non-core assets. It identifies, acquires, and manages secured and unsecured loan portfolios and real estate assets from banks and financial institutions. Arrow Global is business is regulated in several of the five European countries in which it operates, with more than €60 billion under management and 2,500 employees.
Arrow Global operates under the Capquest and Mars Capital brands in the UK; Vesting Finance in the Netherlands; Zenith Service, Europa Investimenti, Whitestar Italy and Sagitta SGR in Italy.
In Portugal, Arrow investments include, among other companies, 100% equity in Whitestar, Hefesto, Norfin e Restart Capital.
We recently included the management of Vilamoura World in our portfolio. The business represents a co-investment between a group of national investors and the Arrow Global investment fund. The operation, with the investors, was supported by Norfin, which currently assumes consulting functions in the management of Vilamoura.
