The Norfin Group consists of Norfin SGOIC and Norfin Serviços and has 25 years of experience in managing real estate investments and about €2.1 billion in real estate assets*, held by both regulated (OII) and non-regulated vehicles. Norfin SGOIC was founded in 1999 with the initial objective of providing Portuguese institutional investors with the opportunity to engage in indirect real estate investment through participation in closed-end real estate investment funds. Norfin SGOIC is a Management Company of Collective Investment Undertakings duly licensed and supervised by CMVM – Securities Market Commission, dedicated exclusively to the management of Closed-End Real Estate Investment Funds and Collective Investment Companies (formerly known as SICAFI).
Founded in 2010, Norfin Serviços provides services across the entire spectrum of the real estate market, acquiring and managing real estate assets with different risk/return profiles for its customers. In addition to managing portfolios of income-generating assets in various sectors, Norfin Serviços is also dedicated to the development of real estate development projects, ensuring their comprehensive management from acquisition, design, construction and marketing.
