Investment & Origination

Training in the areas of Economics, Management, Finance or Engineering.

Research, analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, development of strategies and business plans to maximise risk/return for our investors;
Counterparty negotiation and trade execution;
Creating and managing relationships with large institutional investors in order to raise funds for new investments and to raise new management mandates;
Analysis and monitoring of the evolution of the economy and the real estate market in order to provide the best information to support decision making.

Asset Management

Training in the areas of Management, Engineering or Architecture.

Active portfolio management;
Management of development/construction projects, from the concept phase to sale and/or operation;
To ensure and control the financial performance of projects and maximise their profitability;
Definition with investors and monitoring of investment KPI’s;
Supporting the Investment & Origination team in the execution of business plans for new investments.

Finance

Training in the areas of Economics, Management, Finance and Accounting.

Managing the operations, treasury and accounting of funds and high turnover companies;
Reporting assistance to investors and the Portuguese Securities Market Commission;
Supporting the Investment & Origination team in structuring transactions.
