Norfin was founded in 1999 as a Real Estate Private Equity, with the objective of providing Portuguese institutional investors with the possibility of including indirect real estate investment in their asset portfolios by investing in regulated real estate investment funds. In 2018, we joined the Arrow Global Group, one of the largest European groups in investment and portfolio management, with a presence in 6 countries and listed on the London FTSE index, giving the group unrivalled expertise in real estate and regulated fund management.
We are one of the national references in the management of real estate investments, with approximately €2.1 billion of assets in funds or special purpose vehicle companies of national and international institutional capital, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies.
